So I'm having an issue on my Q10 and my Z10 as well. I have a corporate office 365 email account that syncs perfectly until I am on wifi for an extended period of time - normally at my office or home. When on wifi for a while my device will get warm and stop syncing with my exchange account. It will not start syncing again until I do a reboot. The same happens if I am in an area without reception for a few minutes that it won't sync again until after a reboot even after regaining reception. Anyone else have this issue or know how to fix this? It is very frustrating.

Same problem here. We have 10+ phones all with the same problem. When the Wifi is on email send and receive stops working for hours at a time. Eventually it works but is unacceptable for most users.

For now we just tell everyone to turn off Wifi, but there are apps that require it so it is getting very anoying. And if you forget to turn your Wifi off when you get to work you will not be getting any emails on your phone. This is a huge problem.

    Blackberry please fix this now.

Glad it wasn't just me. I agree, this is a major bug that needs to be fixed asap. This is unacceptable to business users!

Are you syching your Outlook Notes (Sync Memos in your phone account setting)?

It appear to be a similar issue that I add the first days with my Z10. According to discussions with my exchange mail service provider, it was apparently a known bug while trying to synch our Outlook Notes, so they say that we need to turn this synch off.

That was Under OS10.0, I havent check if that as been solved with OS10.1

Here's my quick fix for my Q10 - and it's only temporary:

Several times a day I turn airplane mode on and then off right away. Everything begins to sync once again - sometimes for the rest of the day, sometimes for a few hours. A PITA but I need my email and found this MUCH better than deleting and re-establishing my account. BTW- this only happens to my Office365 account...not my yahoo, gmail, or other POP accounts I have on the phone

As in my first post, just turn your Wifi off. It works fine then.

Is this the ultimate solution? Isn't there a way to make this just work right?! Making me crazy.

Not that we have found so far. All of our BB10 phones do this at work. And we have just told everyone to turn WIFI off.

It's very annoying because there are so many apps that work much better on WIFI. And BBM doesn't work in no service areas without wifi, so it hinders many things.

Is exchange still working correctly for you? Are you on exchange active sync or office365?

I wonder if upgrading to os 10.2 helped solve this problem. I am on 10.1 and have had this problem the whole time. The airplane mode trick works but is getting old.

I was fine as well on 10.0 and although I think I noticed the syncing not working properly on 10.1 I've noticed it more apparently in the last couple of weeks. This is frustrating both my office365 and outlook.com accounts are not syncing properly. I moved to both to get away from the horrible gmail sync issue on the bb10, now I'm at wit's end trying to figure out what to go to next.
