    Hi, my emails keep vanishing from my inbox and saved email folders on my BlackBerry. Any ideas why, do they automatically go after a few weeks?

    When you set up the account(s), what did you set as the length of time to keep messages on your device?

    Go to the following....

    Settings
    Accounts
    Than select the email that you have issues with
    Than select the folder that is linked to your email
    Scroll down to sync time-frame
    And set it forever

    Save selections or back out. Which ever it is.
