    I received this mail from mail2web and I do not know when I can use Blackberry Z10 or Q10 as a BES user.

    It is too sad!!!

    They are correct. You will get the most important functionality through EAS and your provider appears to offer that. That's *good* news as you'll be able to use a BlackBerry 10 device with them with full OTA sync and push email.
