    Anybody know how to fix this problem? Whenever I get an email, I get a double, one being a regular email icon, and the other being just the outline of the folder. Both messages are identical. Using a Gmail address for the account, and it's the only account on my phone. Q10SQN100-1/10.3.2.858

    Have you tried a hard reset, or deleting the acct and reset it up.
