    Hello all just got a z30 and trying to connect my email accounts and keep getting the following error message all details are correct such as password etc

    OK so what has happened up to this point? did you reload an OS? have you rebooted? Do you have a service plan with a provider?

    I just have a new phone not done anything other than set it up but my emails just won't connect
