Maybe this has already been addressed but I need to see if others are struggling like I am. Perhaps I just need some tips so I can get better. I use a Passport to write most of my emails. Here are 3 issues I encounter daily which make editing text incredibly frustrating.

1. Typing after repositioning the cursor - After repositioning the cursor the capacitive function of the keyboard moves the cursor before I can physically type the letter I want.
2. Paste text at end an email - If I want to use the Paste text at the bottom of a message the paste button appears off the screen and is not clickable.
3. Inconsistent appearing and disappearing of cut/copy/paste/select tool belt - While text editing I have no idea what causes the cut/copy/paste/select tool belt to appear.

Back in the BBOS era this was incredible intuitive, functional and easy. The alt X/C/V worked while the TrackPad allowed for easy cursor positioning and text selection. Are the BB Classic users avoid these issues with their alt button and TrackPad text selection.

I have the same issue with copy and paste: the action icons sometimes don't appear and I need to commence the copy/paste again from the source.

This is the only drawback of the Passport! After 10 months, I am okay with it cuz I love this damn BlackBerry

3. Long Press brings up that toolbar. After copying selected text simply tap x3 wherever you want to paste, that's if the paste option is not appearing. Pretty useful method.
