[CrackBerry Question]

I used to be able to sync my Contacts on my BB10 no problem. Now, however, I get a "Sync was Unsuccessful" message with this detail:
CRTranDB::Add New: Duplicate Record ID - (and then a string of letters and numbers about 30+ characters long).
How do I fix this so that I can once again sync my Contacts (I use Outlook).

Delete your Outlook account from the device, reset it and reinstall the account again
