    Sorry if I posted this In the wrong section. I upgraded to the newest OS and I hate it. My phone is having major issues since I did. Can I just go to the blackberry link on my desktop and download the last OS or is there another better way. Thanks in advance!

    If it's the official that is on your phone from your carrier more than likely Link will give you that one.

    Best bet^^^ like Carjackd mentioned. But you'd have to perform backup first and be prepared for things to go screwy as backup from newer OS to older may not play nice

    Damn! Ok well I am on AT&T but it was over the air from blackberry I believe... I bought my phone from Amazon.
