    Default Does OS10 still let BB users hide certain icons?

    I love my BB because i can hide certain icons when people want to see my phone. Anyone know if this features is maintained in OS 10?

    No idea.
    But for the PlayBook OS the ability to hide icons is non-existent. Maybe the feature will appear when BB10 comes along.

    I hope it exists, simply to hide carrier bloatware. Well, ideally there would be no bloatware at all...

    These sorts of questions really can't be answered until the final os10 software is released. The people who currently have that software won't be talking about it till the 30th.

    Just create a folder called "Others" and put all the bloatware in that folder. I also stick all the settings, voice dailing, other useless or seldom used apps in that folder.

    I am hoping that I could delete the bloatware more then hide it

    I suppose it depends on how the bloat gets on the phone. Sent directly to the phone via service books from the carrier like on the current BBOS? Or some other way? They are not in the actual OS files.

    How do the android phones get them?

    Well....i have multiple email addresses for when i date different people and i would like 2 hide those in case one of my friends want 2 use or look at my phone our of curiosity. I dont care about Bloatware.
