    I'm not being sarcastic. The answer is no. SnapChat has banned all third-party clients, and doesn't make a client that is compatible with BB10 or with the Android Runtime on BB10 - not even patched or hacked.

    Probably because they don't want their API being used in any other way then by them. So they block and ban anyone using a third party. And yes the ART in BlackBerry 10 wouldn't probably run it now..
