    Since updating I notice that when I sent an email, as soon as it sends, it vanishes from the hub. Before update, sent messages appeared in the hub with a checkmark. In hub management "show sent messages" is on.

    Are there any other settings that affect this? I'm using imap delete on handheld only.

    Click on the three sits and settings, toggle on show sent msgs. I have that off btw more clean looking

    Sorry I did t read your msg all the way through hahaha. Turn it off, back out all the way. Go in and then it on again n then do a hard reset. Hold both volume buttons at the same time

    Join the club, I've been banging on about the for months.

    Who do you use for email, this is definitely a problem when using Virgin in the UK.

    I have told BlackBerry about this via Twitter and finally got the response that it was a complicated issue and I should get my carrier to raise it with BlackBerry.

    Try contacting BlackBerry via their Twitter Help account and see if you can get more from them.

    I for one would be very grateful to find a solution to this one!

    One way to get a copy of any sent emails to stay on the phone is to send yourself a BCC, no Auto BCC available in BB10 unfortunately unlike OS7.

    Once you BCC yourself you will have the checked sent mail as well as the copy you send yourself.

    Not great but it works so you can keep a copy of what you sent on the phone.
