    You have to go to a #BB10Jam, and also need to be a developer

    I heard they're running short on devices, but they are also still giving some out at the new Enterprise series of BB10 Jams which are happening now. Getting to one of those is definitely your best bet at this point.

    But you need to attend to all panels if you want the device, they are only going to be given at the end of the event. Or so did my registration info say...
