Where can I find the option of "delete in hub" and "delete in hub and server" if you have checked to perform this action ,and don't show this message again.
I have a friend who deletes emails from server but wants to just delete from hub alone. But from what I can figure she has checked the, do not show again.

Try this one, if your friend is on 10.2.1.1925 (or 2141). Hub > Settings > Display and Actions, scroll down. The options are actually "delete on handheld" or "delete on server" or "prompt". Note that deleting on handheld means that the message is gone from the device, not just the Hub.

Depending on what your friend wnats, that may not be the option he/she is looking for. If the goal is a clean Hub, the I'd suggest filing​ messages instead. That keeps the Hub clean, but leaving the messages available on the device if needed.
