Is it possible to delete an enterprise account from a bb10?

I think it can only be done at the administrative level via BES Dashboard.

It's the interface an IT administrator would use to manage Enterprise devices.

So in other words I can't remove it, right?

As far as I know, no. You need to contact the admin of the BES account you want to delete.

You mean "reload" with blackberry link?

If so, will the updated os get lost and I will get back to the factory's version which is in my case 10.2?

Quite honestly I can't see how reloading the OS will help rid you of the BES partition, but I guess it wouldn't hurt to give it try but you'd have to reload from your back-up to ensure you keep the OS version you like.
