It does not help to create a new bbid, even with the same email address, it is still 'not the same' bbid. Every bbid gets a random key, and after deleting the bbid and setting up a new one you get a different key that does not work on the device to unlock.

I do not know a solution for that. Like it is said in the blackberry protect faq,
If you lost your bbid in some way, you lost your device.

I spend 2h on the phone with bbry cause a friend did the same.
He wiped the device afterwards and couldn't get past the id login screen.

Only option is to send it in for warranty.
Contact bbry first, cause they don't just exchange. They will need info to make sure it is your device, not a stolen one.

My friend got a brand new one, hopefully you have all the documents

How do you even delete your BlackBerry I'd from a device? Does not make sense, unless you speak about security wipe.

You don't have to delete it from the device. If you decide you don't want or need your BBID any more you can delete it from BlackBerry's servers. If that BBID is still on a device, next time you have to authenticate to the device it will fail because the device won't be able to confirm the BBID with the servers. It is like destroying the keys then locking something in the safe. You need to find a safe cracker to get it back out.

Here's how to delete the BB ID. The KB article also clearly points out that BB Protect must be disabled before doing so.

Aha, I thought that OP somehow did that within BB10 on his phone, not that he did that thru the bbid web

There is no fix. You have to contact BlackBerry. Good luck though, they don't support devices anymore.

Easy to fix. Autoload 10.3.2, then right away do 10.3.1, enjoy.
