I just did the 10.2 to 10.3.2 update using Link (Rogers official update)

Back in 10.2, when I switched to the Silent Profile, all sounds were silenced, including all Customized contacts.

But now, the Customized Notifications override the Silent Profile. The sounds are still getting through for the Customized contacts. This is a problem.

I did a quick search on the Forums and I'm seeing others reporting similar problems. But I didn't see any solutions yet.

1. Does anyone using 10.3.2 actually have the Silent Profile correctly overriding the Customized Notifications? Or is this a widespread problem?

2. Does anyone know how to fix the problem by changing certain settings?

have you tried changing the settings for your customized contacts while on the silent profile?

Yes I've been trying everything I can think of, to silence the Customized contacts.

That's why I'm reaching out to the community to see if anyone has figured this out.

Make sure sound for custom contact is set to "profile setting"

Did you go into apps and contacts from silent profile?

Go into silent profile and reset it(button at bottom).
