Ok, so I figured that for my CB10 app, I want a specific ringtone for it. Everytime I get an alert for the app, I want it to be the "Crackberry....dot com" from the beginning of the blog's videos. does anyone know how I could get that?

If I were to do it my first step would be to get a snippet of the phrase you state and place it in the Ringtones folder.
Depending on what you use to edit it with, you may have to make sure it has the correct extension like mp3 or mp4.
Then go to CB10 app under Notifications and point the alert to the desired phrase.

You could use Audacity (free sound editor) on your PC to capture the audio as an mp3 file and then set it as your alert. Audacity can record any audio streaming on your PC.
