i expect Canada to sell the most especially with Canadian carriers pushing the devices, and lots of Canadians upgrading to support a Canadian company

The country of Lesotho has the highest minimum elevation of any country in the world, so that's my guess.

Or maybe the Sherpa's will set up a kiosk on Everest. Or the Pakistan government can be convinced to do the same on K2. Let's make this happen people. :|

I suspect it will be the US in the end just because of the total number of phones out there, but I am prejudiced

Canada or the UK since the brand still has a lot of popularity in these countries

I agree (at least initially). Even carrier sales reps at Rogers, Bell, etc are excited about the phone. Keep in mind at one point 20% of all tablet users in Canada were PlayBook users (not sure what the stat is now). Overtime its obviously going to be the US given their population.

Canadian sales should be excellent, but I expect US sales to dwarf them... ten times the population, and a huge void to fill. Canadians will probably get a bit of a head start so the first month numbers could be close, but the sheer difference in market size will quickly overwhelm that.

But how many BlackBerry Z10s will be returned within a few days just as consumers returned the BlackBerry PlayBook? There are no guarantees in the consumer marketplace except failure, every other possible outcome is a function of randomized probability.

if there are a high number of returns of the Z10... and there shouldnt be, then RIM has a serious problem, but i dont see there being the same problems that caused the playbooks to be returned happening with the Z10
