    I'm going over plenty of threads reporting a lot of malfunctioning after upgrading to 10.3.3, in particular:
    - bluetooth dysconnection or inability to connect;
    - facebook malfunction;
    - Android apps non installing after deletion;
    - Hub malfunctioning with flashing and inability to open messages;
    - difficult or impossible SMS texting;
    - General OS instability;
    This would happen in selected phones, it is not clear why and how to avoid this hosting of dysfunctions.
    I am considering to wait before upgrading until most of these malfunctions will be fixed. Is this reasonable, or there is a more useful strategy to carry the upgrade on? Any suggestion will be greatly appreciated, thank you

    These are issues with an update gone wrong. The OS itself is perfectly fine.
    If issues like this arise, just do a clean install.

    I backed everything up to my SD card then did a clean install on my passport. Did an in place installation on the q10. Both went well with no issues to report.

    I have 4 BB10 devices. None will be updated anytime soon. All are working fine with 10.3.2. Can't see any reason to update to a potentially buggy OS that you can't go back on and without any definitive indication from BlackBerry when or if they are are going to fix any bugs. My 2, update at your own risk.

    Since blitz updates came available after this dreadful backup/restore Autoloader period from the past, any update became a breeze.

    That's because Link restores are the devil.

    I use Sachesi for minor updates, and autoloader clean installs for second decimal jumps.

    Yep Link is a bast****, agree with that.

    DBBT working smarter than Sachesi (which crash from time to time) some how, DBBT even let me backup/restore app's data only pick what is needed so there is no need to a full restore.
    Specially the use of the "User Ignor List" makes live so much easier :-)
    As well as the install test mode it a treat.

    I did three devices as well. All non-destructive. two were OTA and one using Sachesi with downloaded files. Things to remember, plug it in and turn off mobile network or put in airplane mode. turn off bluetooth if on and close all apps. start update and 'Leave it alone' no matter what you think is going on, taking too much time etc, leave it alone until it says it needs to restart.
