Having gone through the process of uploading all my local based contacts to the cloud (in my case, outlook.com) and it works really well. Im very pleased.

However, some of my contacts seems to be linked with facebook. How to move these contacts from the facebook list onto outlook.com list quickly so that they can appear on my outlook.com account?

I don't think you can get them into outlook as they are FB contacts.

So I have to manually go through them all and update the phone numbers on the outlook contacts?

What a massive pain!
