Dears,

As there is no option on the Blackberry link to sync the contacts from the outlook to the device using USB port, which is disappointing because i dont like to use third party to upload my contacts as gmail.

however was forced to do so.
having did that , it happens that when i am receiving a call the id is not showing although the person and the number are saved in the list came from gmail.

is there any thing i have to do ?

You can try to manually enter the contact's number or edit the contact.

This us a known issue, it is not happening to allthe countries, I do have it and some in this forum, if you want a work around just remove tge country code from the contacts and the contact name will show up. Untill a new software comes to solve this issue there is no other resloution to it.
