Apologies if this has been asked already but I'm planning to do a security wipe on my phone since my music app suddenly went missing after updating to the official 10.2 update (sucks really).

I've been reading through the Web and a lot of people are complaining that bb link does not support contacts back up? In that case, would you have other suggestions on how I could save my contacts? I'm using my phone for both personal and work related tasks so I can't risk to lose all my contacts when I proceed with security wipe.

Appreciate any help on this and thanks in advance!

You could try this app: BlackBerry World - Contact X

I've heard good things about it and that works quite well.

I know we shouldn't need an app but this one seems to do the job.

Check also IntouchApp contacts in BlackBerry World . I am quite pleased with it.

Do not use intouch as you may lose all or some of your contacts.

Contacts have to be bblink contacts, not local contacts to sync with computer. I am slowly moving to Google contacts and calendar.

Just give us BlackBerry Protect that backs up
