All will be revealed tomorrow.... however, it has been said that Blackberry Link (the new version of Blackberry Desktop Manager) will allow you to do a device switch from current Blackberrys to the new BB10 phones.

The new BB10 phones will also have Blackberry Protect which would allow you to do a restore to the new BB10 phones.
