On z10, i can use google account to download contacts from google to z10, but when i created a new contact on the z10 it doesn't update my google contact.
Is there a setting or app to do this?

In your setting when setting up your email did you click the button that says sync contacts.

Check under settings/accounts if it shows contacts (for sync)
