After 3 months of my contacts being linked with their Facebook on my Z10, yesterday, 80% of them were found unlinked. I re linked them, only to find them unlinked again this morning! Can anyone help me? This is getting soooooo annoying I feel like screaming at the phone :-/

I think I should mention I am still on 10.0 :-(

You can try a device reset first. (NOT the same as a restart.)
Hold down your top button for about 30 seconds. Keep pressing it down, ignoring onscreen countdown and restart option, BB splashscreen, black screen, red LED, and BB splashscreen again. I hold down that button until I see the blue startup icon.

After that reboot, was anything fixed?

I did the reset. Didn't change anything. They are still not linked... I will try to link them once more and see if it un links itself again...

just happened to mee too, but all my outlook contacts got unlinked after i added a new contact.
third time now.
so annoying as i keep my contacts very tidy.
it wont happen every time, but now and then when i add a contact, this is drivin me crazy!

So I re linked my contacts, reset the phone, upgraded to 10.1, restarted the phone, but nothing changes. It still unlinks my contacts. :-(

There's nothing else I can think of doing. *sigh*

Yahoo contacts also get weird. But Yahoo was at fault!
