    Can birthdays listed in the Contacts be synced to the BlackBerry calendar and therefore provide notifications and/or reminders? If so, how?

    I do not see this as an option. I had to add a Gmail calendar for birthdays and anniversaries.

    How exactly did you add this from calendar settings?
