These features are already available. They're system UI interaction features. For example, you can see this in action when you Clear History in the Browser (the little popup that appears to confirm the action and offers to Undo).

I'd like to know the answer to this question also. Things have been rather quiet on this front - so we can only hope that BlackBerry are working on this as part of a future update.

I'm really looking forward to seeing where this OS will be in a year.

I know, I find it strange that this has been asked more than once by numerous users, and yet no one can answer. I really thought this was an excellent feature and I hope it is there or comes in a later update.

I have seen the default toast type notification, but nothing on the cinnamon toasts, especially lock screen notifications. This easily could have been a concept that never saw the light of day.

Cinnamon toast needs to be put on the phone this was one of the best leaked features.If you at a resturant ,date,in bed on a desk you just tilt the phone towards you get message and put it down if unimportant.Its great needs to be in that 10.1 update its quality feature we need more unique things ike this..

Yes I thought cinnamon toast sounded really cool too.

On Jan 30th when nothing was said during press event, I thought "Uh-oh!"
Hoped I was wrong, but disappointed it's not here. Hopefully will make a future appearance with OS updates.

Man, when I first saw this thread I was all "Wow, breakfast on BB10 too! I love cinnamon toast! What an awesome phone!" But now, I'm just kind of let down. I was looking forward to my new phone providing me with breakfast on the go.

I don't see anything in that leaked image indicating that this would be an OS feature.. (i'm not saying it won't be I just don't think we can jump to that conclusion) it could just as easily only be an api that dev's can make use of for their apps.. have any devs taken a look to see if the api is currently present?

I am not sure about it either...but one can assume that if the api was available that BBRY would have made use of it for native apps like Email, BBM, Text, etc.? That makes it seem that it is not available to devs currently, but clearly is in the works within BBRY as those images appeared at the same time as many other images, and many other images are on BB10 currently. We will have to wait for an update, hopefully a 10.1 update rather than a full 11

It's a great idea and would be amazing if we got it. Bb10 has alot more great things it can do than it can now. But maybe they are saving it for future updates so when apple and android offer more things they have more things up their sleeves. Just a thought. Not sure what can happen at this point.
