Charging Port Broken on BB9700, How Can I Transfer Contacts to Z10?
So I have a customers 9700 that has a broken USB port, how can I transfer contacts to the Z10?
Bluetooth only sends one contact at a time, Google Sync is no longer available for Blackberry, and BlackBerry Protect cloud backups/restores aren't available for Z10.
I am beyond pissed at this point, any other options??

BUMP
This is insane. I tried to use BUMP but it's not on the Z10 App World. Tried to use Bluetooth...the phone connects to my computer but Desktop Manager doesn't detect it once it's paired (even though it detects it before it's paired). I tried re-installing Desktop Manager and using multiple phones, nothing works. Nothings changed with BlackBerry as far as I can see. - 02-06-2013, 10:39 AM

I've added a gmail account to the phone and have sync enabled. It's been half an hour and it still hasn't synced anything.

Blackberry Protect over the air backup and restore functions are not supported on BB10 (currently anyways). I specified this in the OP.
I was able to get Bluetooth working (turns out I needed to update my Intel BT driver) and now I can connect the old 9700 to Desktop Manager. I was able to backup only the contacts and then I tried to do a restore to the Z10 using BB Link but the contacts did not copy over. What a **** show. If you can't even restore a backup from a legacy BB then this is all a joke!
I've heard of a way to export your contacts to an e-mailable file on your PC, is there a way to accomplish this via Bluetooth between the 9700 and my PC?

Hmmm not sure how long it takes - I just remember noticing them in my gmail contacts one day.
It is supposed to work through Link, I'm not sure what's up there
Have you tried copying your contacts to your SIM card? That could be another way
