    Ever since buying my Z10 (about 6 months ago) the phone has never charged to a point where the green light has come on (I've never seen it!). Does everybody else have the same experience?

    I own 3 official batteries, and now running the official 10.2.0.429. I treated the batteries exactly how you are meant to.

    only turns green if the phone is completely turned off. Otherwise it will not turn green.
