I don't believe that is possible (maybe country-related), but you can always get a prepaid credit card and activate it via PayPal.

Does your carrier? If it's not an option you're seeing when trying to make a purchase, call and ask in case it's something they need to authorize initially on your account.

I'm on at&t and it will give me that option in AppWorld. Not sure about the other carriers.
