Just found out another way to add capitols. Press and hold the letter you want to capitalize. So many little things that make this phone better than the iPhone.

If you just learned that you must be new to a blackberry all the old touchscreens before z10 had that

If you want some hints
- drag shift to the letter you want to capitalize
- drag the question mark button to the appropriate key to save hitting it again to exit
- left swipe any letter to delete a word
- left swipe with two fingers to delete two words
- left swipe with three fingers to delete three words etc
- swipe down with two fingers to lower keyboard and two fingers up to bring it back
