Hello,

I can't update any app in BBW any more. I can tap on the button "Update", the update is downloaded and installed and afterwards, the button "Update" appears again.

I tried a restart already a couple of times as I have this problem now for about 2 weeks.

Can you help me please to fix BBW again?

Tried that, too. Didn't help unfortunately.

It seems to be a bug with BlackBerry World. I keep getting update notifications for apps which are already updated with the most recent version. Even if you uninstall and install them again, BlackBerry World will prompt you for an "update".

Check the date and version of the supposed "update", if it coincides with the one you have installed, just ignore it.

This is actually the second time it's happened, I remember it just went away after a while. However, this has been showing since the beginning of the week. Let's hope it stops soon, as it's a bit annoying.

P.S. Refreshing BlackBerry World and hard rebooting does not fix the issue, it's just a bug within the app. Just check date and version, and probably ignore.

Try refreshing BBW: Settings -> General -> Refresh BlackBerry World

I tried refreshing BBW. Unfortunately this also didn't help.

I checked the versions I use and the updates and yes there are really updates available.
