i've installed the beta version 10.2.1.1057 when i try to open bbm. it says my blackberry id is bla bla bla.
what should i do??

I think with that release you need to install BBM channels beta. Then your BBM should set up fine.

It won't load I try and it says setting up Bbm and it just keeps going on for ever.
