Hi everyone,
I did a backup before installing 10.2.1 on my Z10 and when I tried to restore from the backup it has always failed.
So, I did apps and settings only and it worked but when I check on "media" it fails.

What's going on in there???

Hi, I have the same problem...same software version, I did restore settings, apps etc... But I can't restore media. On the media card I have everything, problem is with media stored on the device...any suggestions?
Or any idea how to access photos in the .bbb file?
