I have lots of purchase receipts for software so I know that I am using the correct username and password. However when I try to login to the BB website on my laptop I am asked to enter the device password. I have been using this device password for over 3 years. I had no issues using the 9800 but I have never been able to login since I've had the z10. I don't have to use the website but every now and again a larger screen is easier on my eyes. Can anyone solve this problem because soon I'm going to be locked out of the website, it's happened to a friend of mine.

I use the webstore too occasionally, but honestly I never bother to log in. You can set your device and country without signing in so you'll see only the content applicable to you.

Do you have a device password set? Or parental controls turned on?

If so, have you followed the instructions and unlocked your device before retrying?

Device password, yes, picture password set and working. Parental controls?? Never touched them. Don't even know where they are. Checking now.
