    My BlackBerry leap won't play any video. I keep getting unexpected error message. I'm sure it's something simple but obviously too difficult for me. Can anyone help. Thanks

    Not every codec is supported. Have a look here https://help.blackberry.com/en/black...953159594.html . Additionally, this just happens sometimes, but a reboot usually fixes such errors.
