Hi Everyone

I have a Q10 loaded with 10.2.1.2102.

No matter what I try, I can not email a BBM conversation or delete them.

When I go to the email option it doesn't do a thing.

When I try to delete the conversation it will delete it in the HUB, but not from the BBM group.

The only way that I can delete a conversation is to delete the contact and then invite them again.

I have wiped and reloaded, taken battery out, reset HUB but to no avail.

Does anyone have any ideas?

Are you trying to delete an individual BBM chat or a group chat?

probably from within the BBM itself then look for that person and end the chat

The option is there from within hub setting whether you want to show in hub only, show in app or a combination thereof but not deleting. Try opening bbm app and do what the last person suggested. Sometimes group conversations can get crossed up with an individual. One friend of mine always initiate conversations in groups mode lol
