Hey guys,
So I've been trying to download any e-mail attachments that come from my Hub - and I get a little progress‎ bar that appears, next to the attachment icon, and around 2/3rds of the bar will then stop and get a 'Attachments can't be downloaded'

I'm using Live/Outlook as an email server

Any ideas?

It will stop again. There are a few other threads discussing this. No long term solution but coincides with the latest upgrade to outlook.com.

I get same message from my office exchange server and from my personal Outlook email, both using active sync. Office attachments are openable but not personal Outlook ones. That is not a BlackBerry phone issue. That is an MS Outlook issue.

I've noticed this on my Z10. If it's not a BlackBerry specific issue, are we seeing the problem on other platforms with Outlook email too?

Yes, I also have the attachment issue in my Samsung S4. However, it's been good for the past two days. Still waiting a few more days to see if it truly has been fixed.
