    Hi, new to the forum.

    I tried to do the new update for my Q10 and afterwards both all my texts disappeared and I was not able to access texting in the hub. I also was not able to call; when I tried to it would go to the log and then nothing would happen. When people try to call me, they said it doesn't ring. After a battery and sim card pull, texting returned but not calling.

    Any one else have this problem? What should I do, I'm really new to trouble shooting on my own.

    Same problem ! I can't even use the hub properly. If I want to use Facebook, Twitter, whatsapp, bbm, etc I have to open the apps directly. The hub won't allow me to send any messages / texts since the new update.

    Backup and restore to factory. Make sure phone works... then restore data. try 10.2. It is slick!

    I just did a factory wipe and it froze on a black screen that looks like a printer icon with a loading circle underneath that just spins forever with no change after a few hours. Battery pull just get's me back tot his screen after the Blackberry logo shows up.

    That's a shredder it's wiping the phone.

    Anyone have a quick fix for this problem? Can't even access voicemail. Update deleted all text messages and hub took forever to reload.
