Have tried both the new Link update and the previous one. Always crashes at 88%
Have also tried using Sachesi, but it keeps reporting app data as 0 MB even though Link does report the right amount. If I do check all 3 options for backup it starts backing up, but Sachesi gets unresponsive after a while and I have to kill the program

Here are the things I can think of:

• Reboot the device using the top buttom (hold it till it reboots, ignore the screen otherwise);
• Delete a few apps, contacts, calendar items. Change the content of info in the device - Some people have reported that an app was the culprit and was preventing the backup from finishing. Once deleted, it managed to complete;

Checkout Fire Chest Backup in BB World or see FireChestDotCom. Depending upon what you want to backup, it might just be your solution.
