    I have an Exchange 2013 mailbox with SherWeb, but I can't seem to be able to add the account at all. I have chatted to SherWeb's support multiple times, but they don't know what is wrong either! The error can be seen in the attached image. It says the login info is incorrect yet I login to the Outlook Web App daily and don't have any problems... would MUCH appreciate any help available!!!
