Can someone teach me how to use an autoloader (Never done it before)
- I have a BlackBerry Q10 for T-Mobile in the United States. It was giving me battery problems, so I did a SECURITY WIPE. Then when the phone rebooted it went through the setup wizard. I agreed to the terms & conditions, it knows I'm on T-Mobile network, but then it gets stuck in "Connect to Wifi". It searches for an infinite amount of time, there's no way I can skip this, and I basically have to wait it out. I know for a fact that it will just loop and not find anything at this point. I tried "reloading" to the original O/S using BlackBerry Link option, and nothing changed.
What I want to happen is:
I want to reload my BlackBerry Q10 to its original factory conditions. I want it wiped out as if the phone was new. No files, no 10.2.1 software, no nothing. And from there on do it "officially".
How do I go about this (Never have done it before)? Where do I find the files, do I need to use BlackBerry Link and what do I need to avoid?07-23-14 03:29 PMLike 0 -
Posted via CB1007-23-14 04:21 PMLike 0 - I have WiFi and I live in an area where WiFi is available everywhere. The problem is that the phone gets stuck in "scanning " where it never finds a network to connect to, even if it's present. It just can't find it. Even if I manually input it, the phone gets stuck in "connecting" but moves no where.

Posted via CB1007-24-14 03:28 PMLike 0 - I reloaded the OS with BlackBerry Link, a few times already. That didn't do anything because once it's done reloading, I more or less have to go through that scanning for WiFi option where the phone doesn't recognize any available networks for some reason. It also doesn't allow me to skip it. I'm back to were I started.
Here's what I've tried so far :
-Tried starting the phone with and without the sim card
-reloaded the OS to its original factory settings and also to 10.2.1
-hard reset
-tried a different Sim card
-i tried swiping way too many times trying to skip this screen and it can't be done
-i tried manually entering my WiFi information and it gets stuck in "connecting "for an infinite amount of time as well
I researched and apparently this was an issue with the PlayBook too. Except I haven't found much luck in reloading the os

Posted via CB1007-24-14 08:26 PMLike 0 - I'm sorry for the bad attitude. I'm just annoyed in general at BlackBerry. Everyone always suggests using a leak, autoloader, that one sachesi thing. Now when a n**** be asking for help, no one steps up. I've been Googling and YouTubing some stuff, but I was uncertain about a few things (and still had some questions about it before doing it). But Yeah, I guess I'll be gung-ho and just do it. I have nothing to lose - seeing as how the BlackBerry Q10 is already unusable. But Yeah, sorry... :/07-24-14 09:33 PMLike 0

- So, your Q10 was working fine except for "battery problems." What battery problems?
- I'm wondering why you did a Security Wipe for battery problems.
- What OS version were you on?
- Which version OS AutoLoader did you download? The latest one I see is:
http://forums.crackberry.com/bb10-le...evices-946094/ - Did you download the correct AutoLoader, i.e. the OS AutoLoader for a Q10?
FWIW, I followed the guide to install 10.2.1.2273 on my Z10. No problems......until I smashed the screen a week later. Hope to finally fix it this weekend, then install OS AutoLoader 3253.
Hope this helps.07-25-14 05:27 PMLike 0 - I don't have the answers, but perhaps if you provide more details, someone else can assist you.

2. I guess it was more or less an ignorant move. I figured "eh might solve the issue" if I start fresh.
3. I was on OS version 10.2.1.(whatever version T-Mobile USA is supposed to be officially on). My phone was up to date with the latest official software.
4. I downloaded from here:
BlackBerry 10 Autoloaders - BlackBerry Developer
I downloaded the one for 10.2.1.1927 for SQN100-05
5. I figured I did. I went to Wikipedia for the BlackBerry q10 for the USA (for T-Mobile) and it said it's supposed to be the SQN100-5 and everything was fine until I got to the "Scanning for Wifi network" part again. It scans and finds nothing (even with wifi present).07-25-14 07:52 PMLike 0 - 4. I downloaded from here:

I downloaded the one for 10.2.1.1927 for SQN100-0507-29-14 11:51 AMLike 0 - 1. Where can I find the non-developer autoloaders then? I keep searching through Google and I keep finding that developer page?
2. I have a BlackBerry Q10 for T-Mobile USA and what's the latest official version?
3. If I installed the developer one, can it be fixed or is my phone done?

Scroll down to the OS AUTOLOADERS section, then click the Q10 link to download.
I hope to do my Z10 tonight.
2. In this case, I did do a Google search. T-mobile released 10.2.1.2228 via OTA starting March 13, 2014. You might want to double-check by asking on the T-mobile section on CrackBerry.
3. Don't know. I just remember reading threads where some folks had problems because they had installed developer builds. If the non-dev autoloader still has a problem, you might consider running SIC Multiwipe to completely flush the device. Granted, I have no experience with this utility, so read the entire thread and decide for yourself:

Hope this helps. Let us know.07-29-14 05:00 PMLike 0
