I got the notification for the new BlackBerry 10 software update so I tried to do It but it said to free some space, I freed 50% of my device space, meaning I have 3GB remaining, but I still can't proceed as it says I need to free 116mb still, so I've been deleting things but it still says the same! Please someone help

Welcome to the forums!

Hold the top buttom of your phone and don't let go till you see the BlackBerry loading screen again (don't hit anything on the screen - just hold it).

You should be able to proceed after that (and if not, repeat the procedure but this time, use the volume rockers).
