So I tested this with about 15 people watching me unlock it 10 times and none of them could figure out my password.

I'm pretty happy with it.

Also, if your number spawns too close to your unlock point, you need to move it away and back again. I noticed this on mine...makes it harder for people to accidentally get it right.

I tried this picture password last night after installing the latest leak. I have to say, it really is very intuitive. However, I wish they can make the numbers a little more translucent and allow the user to change the color of the font.

I tried it too. My friends weren't able to figure it out. Can't do that on an iphone/android lock screen.

Anybody notice that the number grid changes in in rows and columns? Sometimes the grid is full of numbers and sometimes sparse.

Probably the only way to beat this is if someone has a photographic memory and sees you unlock a few times. Then that person would know that the same number showed up a few times at the same spot.

But this is way better than pattern unlock... or even that fancy finger print scanner that never works.

If you don't think it is impressive, just test it out next pub nite, or meal with friends.

How the challenge works.
Place phone on table.
Unlock phone while they watch (5 times should be enough)
Ask those you're showing to unlock your phone.

I am willing to bet, even after being told HOW it works, and even telling them your #, most will not be able to get into your device.

Try this with an Android device.. only the least observant will be unable to get the dot-swipe

Most other people have already said this, but just to add my own experience ...
My friends and I have made it a friking game now, and I have to say no one has managed to guess my password.
I switch where I click on the screen every time so they cant guess the number; even by looking whenever I do it they just cant guess. Even with simple and obvious pictures (with only one obvious location to put a number), its still difficult to guess. It's best to use a picture with multiple possible regions though.
