    I can no longer attach any type of file from a message (email, text, etc.) in the Hub. I can attach a file such as a picture if I am in the camera for example and share. I have a Q10 running official Verizon 10.2.

    I have done the reboots. I wonder if it could be interference from an app.

    Same thing started happening to me a few days ago and I cannot figure out what happened. I know I did a backup about 4 days ago to my laptop and that is the only thing I can think of that I did differently this week.

    Any chance you downloaded the IGrann app recently? I did and wondering if that screwed something up with attaching photos, etc.

    Have you deleted any "sys.data.imf....." files? I have only had this issue when I have deleted some of those files. But I have never deleted any files with "en" in them.

    I did not download that app or delete any files besides some apps I tried.

    I figured out my issue. I deleted the filepicker bar via Sachesi. Find that bar and reinstall it.

    What is filepicker?

    Now when I am sent files via attachment, my first attempt at downloading them fails. But once downloaded and open (such as an image), I can no longer save it. The screen dims but never transitions to the Picture folder.
