Only if the email provider allows it, like an exchange server. The free providers typically do not.

There's an app on BlackBerry World I forgot what it's called something like undo email or erase email....
Should do the trick if you can find it

Yeah I just checked one app is called Email ++ and the other one is called Unsend Email.
