I know this sort of thing happens.
I'm partially at fault for not backing everything up. I had just gotten a new laptop (the old ones gone) and hadn't installed Blackberry Link, so nothing was backed up.
I got in on a late flight last night, and wasn't thinking about the upgrade.
So, now I lost a number of pictures, have to reinstall a number of accounts, and to add insult to injury, my phone is once again on 10.3.0.908 after I reinstalled the OS using BlackBerry Link.
Can you please help me at least get upgraded to 10.3.1?

Maybe you could explain how you bricked your blackberry? You kind of glossed over that part. Then it will be easier for folks to help you sort things out.

Did your OS update crash halfway through the process? Did you receive any error messages?

I assume it was in the process of the OS update. I woke this morning to this on my screen: "www.bberror.com/bb10-0015"

I hadn't done anything unusual prior to that. Just plugged it in to recharge, and went to bed. However, it *was* set to automatically install updates, which is what I believe happened. ... But apparently with a glitch.

KB34545-BlackBerry 10 smartphone will not startup and displays an image with a link to www.bberror.com

Try using an autoloader if you wish, but not really too much to help with.

Got another upgrade notification and was successful this time using BlackBerry Link.

No idea what caused the first crash, but glad this one worked.
