I'm trying to put my Z30 back to the Official OS and everything I'v read or came across the links don't work or it just doesn't work. Right now my phone is at a out of box state with 10.3. I want to go back to the Official OS im sick of all the bugs with the 10.3 leak Need help Restoring my Z30 from 10.3 to 10.2.1

The easiest solution would be to grab a 10.2 autoloader if still available here...http://forums.crackberry.com/bb10-le...evices-946094/.
You should backup your device first as a precaution also.

I updated my Q10 to OS10.3 and now all the apps such as Music, Video, Calculator, Clock, etc GONE!!! :'(

Why did you install a developers OS? Don't answer that, I know Usman answered you in another thread.

You updated to a developer version OS. The apps are not gone, they are simply not included in this version. You need to read more carefully what you download and what you "upgrade" to. All the information you need is available here on CB.
