    I have recently updated my bBB Z10 STL-100 to 10.3,and my BB stopped installing android apps,the error shows "INSTALLATION FAILED BECAUSE PACKAGE ALREADY EXISTS"

    I seem to see a lot of folks having the same issue. Maybe download Ghost Commander from BBW and manage the apps there and then see if you can install again.

    It's android app so it won't install too

    Do restart
    Use the lock button click it till the phone turn off and turn on again

    Have you tried a hard reset?

    Turn the device in and while on the home screen hold down the Volume up and down buttons for about 20 seconds the screen should turn black and the phone should reboot.

    (this is the equivalent of a battery pull on a device with a built in battery)

    Yes, but if you keep holding them down after the screenshot is taken, after about 15 or 20 seconds the screen should turn black and the phone should reboot, as benbraun322 suggested.

    Hard reset should help to settle things for you so do as suggested using volume up/down keys. Also you didn't mention if you were using Amazon, snap, 1mobile or some other source for your android app installation.
