They all require speaker because no API exists to record call directly.

And I'm sure you would let the other person know you are recording the conversation before starting it right? Otherwise very creepy...

And why I suppose to say that I'm recording?
If this person will talk bad about me and etc. Or when I'm calling to warn person that renting from me That in a month he should find different place? And at the court he will say -no no no. He didn't tell me anything....

Or when you calling to company that does record your call and when there is problem and you saying , that I told you .... on the phone..... and it is your mistake. they of course will lose some how your recorded call. Oops

And anyway people can record they're calls so why not to make it best way....?

Some countries require notification of being recorded. Your reason is irrelevant.

I just know that if 99% of people knew you were recording the phone call they would prob hang up on you. It just doesn't seem right to me. If i want what I'm saying recorded I would leave you a message on your answering machine or text you otherwise I would tell you to go f yourself. No offense... lol

I don't get it, I was doing this in around 2005 with dumb phones, this is now a problem?

PS recording a call doesn't mean it's for malicious reasons, one reason is to recall details discussed in a conversation when you need them as an alternative to taking notes down.

Some people think there is only 2-3 countries in the world and even if there were more they have same life style.

I also need working call recorder even with BT, as I am a field technician and often given wrong directions overt the phone but blamed later on.
Or I just need to save someone's instructions when my hands can't handle pen and paper.

By requiring speaker, do you mean the phone must be on speaker rather than blue tooth or handset? If so, it is nor correct to say that they all require speaker, Phone Tap does not.

MobileMadness is correct. You would need to be open about it and let them know you are recording the phone call. It should even make the person you are talking to more honest since they know you will have evidence of them if they claim something was/wasn't said. That is better than secretly recording and letting someone go through the whole lie charade.
